REFUND POLICY

Effective date: 20.08.2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of beats and other digital products made through the Paxor website and the embedded Airbit Infinity Store.

  1. Digital Products

Paxor sells digital music products, including beats and related audio files. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital content can be delivered immediately after purchase, special rules apply to cancellations and refunds.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins if:

you expressly consented to the delivery beginning before the end of the withdrawal period;

you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins; and

you received the required confirmation of the contract and your consent.

For digital beats delivered by download, these requirements are particularly relevant because the performance of the contract can begin when the digital file is downloaded.

  1. Refunds After Download

Where the legal requirements described above have been satisfied and delivery of the purchased digital content has begun, we do not provide refunds based solely on a change of mind or because you no longer want the beat, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Files

If a purchased file is technically defective, corrupted, incomplete or materially different from the product purchased, please contact us at:

paxorproducer@gmail.com

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, restore access to the purchased content, or issue an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Accidental Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same beat or license more than once, contact us as soon as possible at paxorproducer@gmail.com.

Duplicate transactions will be reviewed individually. Where appropriate, we may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

  1. Incorrect License Purchase

If you purchase a license that does not meet your intended use, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Where technically and legally possible, we may allow you to upgrade to a different license by paying the applicable price difference.

Any upgrade does not automatically cancel the original license unless expressly confirmed by Paxor.

  1. Refund Procedure

To request a refund or report a problem with a purchase, contact:

Paxor Email: paxorproducer@gmail.com

Please include:

your name;

email address used for the purchase;

order or transaction number;

name of the beat;

reason for the request.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to identify the transaction.

  1. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued using the original payment method.

Where applicable law requires a refund within a specific period, we will comply with that requirement. Under Polish consumer law, when a valid withdrawal applies, the trader generally must refund the payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, subject to applicable statutory conditions.

  1. License Termination Following Refund

If a refund is issued for a beat license, the corresponding license is cancelled unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You must cease using the beat and remove any uses that are no longer authorised by the applicable license.

  1. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer protection law provides a right to a refund or withdrawal, that right remains unaffected by this policy.
