Website and Services
Paxor provides access to music beats and related digital products.
Beats are displayed and sold through an embedded Airbit Infinity Store. Airbit provides the technical infrastructure used to display the beats and facilitate transactions, but the contract of sale for any purchase is formed directly between you and Paxor, not Airbit. Airbit is not a party to that contract and does not act as merchant of record for personal store sales.
Additional terms applicable to a specific beat license may be presented to you during the purchase process. These license terms form part of the agreement applicable to that purchase.
Eligibility
By using the website or making a purchase, you confirm that you have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into this agreement.
Beat Licenses
Purchasing a beat does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual property rights in the beat.
The rights granted to you depend on the specific license purchased.
The applicable license terms will specify, among other things:
permitted uses;
distribution and monetisation rights;
streaming and download limitations;
commercial use;
credit requirements;
restrictions on modification or redistribution;
exclusivity, where applicable;

Preview files may contain tags, watermarks or other measures designed to prevent unauthorised use.
Downloading, recording, extracting or otherwise using a preview outside the rights expressly granted by a purchased license is prohibited.
Purchases, Pricing and Taxes
Prices and available license options are displayed through the Airbit Infinity Store. Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location; the amount actually charged is determined at checkout.
Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable price and license terms.
A purchase is completed when payment has been successfully processed and the transaction has been confirmed.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or similar charges applicable in your own country in addition to the displayed price, except where such charges are already included in the price shown at checkout.
Paxor reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or technical errors before an order is fulfilled.
Digital Products
Beats and related files are digital products delivered electronically.
After a successful purchase, the purchased files and applicable documentation may be delivered electronically through Airbit or another service used to fulfil the transaction.
You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete the transaction and receive the purchased files.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products are governed by our separate Refund Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
